Forms

Need quick feedback, a staff survey, or an order form? Forms lets you build one in minutes and see results come in as a live chart. No extra software, no cost on top of what you already pay for.

Loop

Loop components let a table, task list, or note update live across Teams, Outlook, and Word at the same time. Everyone sees the latest version wherever they're looking at it, so there's no more chasing the correct copy of a document.

Shared Channels in Teams

If you work closely with another business, a shared channel lets both teams collaborate in one space without adding external users to your whole tenant. It keeps the collaboration close while keeping your systems separate.

Sensitivity Labels

Sensitivity labels let you mark documents and emails as confidential, restricted, or internal only, with rules that control who can open, forward, or print them. For businesses handling client data, this is a straightforward way to reduce risk.

File Request in OneDrive

Rather than asking someone to email a file back to you, File Request creates a link where they can upload it straight into a OneDrive folder you choose. Useful for collecting documents from clients or suppliers without clogging up your inbox.
