Fully Managed gives you a more hands-on level of support. It is designed for businesses that want PK Networks to help with ongoing Microsoft 365 changes, support requests, user management and day-to-day administration.

Yes. Essential includes Microsoft 365 Business Basic per user. Secure and Fully Managed include Microsoft 365 Business Standard per user. If your business needs a different Microsoft 365 licence, we can advise on the best option.

Microsoft 365 backup is not included as standard unless stated in your plan. If you need added protection for emails, files, SharePoint or OneDrive data, we can provide backup as an additional service.
